The Employment Connection is a free program offered by the Human Development
Center (HDC) in Duluth. HDC is a private, nonprofit agency established in
1938 to provide comprehensive mental health services to residents of Lake,
Carlton and Southern St. Louis Counties. HDC Employment Connection
provides specialized training programs in skill areas such as: Reception/clerical,
housekeeping, Custodial work, food service, Production, work retail sales, In
